How does Fixify handle my data?
We use both internally developed software and reliable external services to ensure your data is handled with the utmost care.
How do you ensure my data is secure?
We take several measures to ensure your data is secure. First, all infrastructure changes require approval from two team members and are handled through our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tool, so they’re always auditable and easy to revert. We encrypt all data at rest and use service-level policies to prevent any inadvertent access to your data. Finally, we’re always on top of our cloud security, with continuous monitoring and regular security audits, including pen tests once a year.
Can Fixify help us meet compliance requirements?
Yes! We can help IT teams meet security standards, especially regarding User Access Reviews (UAR). We use your documented processes and procedures to ensure proper controls and approvals for provisioning and deprovisioning users, providing access to systems and applications, and verifying users' identity and authorization. This helps you maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, and GDPR.
How do you use Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (Gen AI)?
At Fixify, we use the right tool for the right job. To do so, we partner with OpenAI while also running self-hosted models that use more traditional algorithms. The tools can vary from regex and classification to generative AI, depending on the task we need the technology to complete.
